Smart Ads + Smarter Agent


Despite its effective teaching methodology, Mathnasium faced challenges in converting website visitors into leads. Our Solution: Integrating AI with Targeted Advertising
Fig 1 collaborated with Mathnasium to develop a two-pronged strategy:
1. Smart Ads: We launched paid social campaigns targeting parents in specific regions. These ads highlighted seasonal programs, such as summer math camps, and directed traffic to dedicated landing pages. By optimizing ad creatives and targeting parameters, we achieved a cost-per-click (CPC) as low as $0.15, resulting in a tenfold increase in website traffic for underperforming centers.
2. Smarter Agent: We introduced an AI-powered digital assistant designed to emulate a Mathnasium instructor. Trained on the Mathnasium Method™, this agent could:
• Answer common parent questions about programs and teaching approaches
• Simulate initial assessments to gauge student needs
• Promote current offerings, such as summer programs or test prep courses
• Provide interactive content, including videos and visuals, to explain concepts
• Guide users toward booking assessments, seamlessly integrating with Mathnasium’s scheduling system
By combining these elements, we created a cohesive user journey from ad click to assessment booking.
Results: Significant Uptick in Engagement and Conversions
The integration of smart advertising and the AI agent yielded impressive results:
• Increased Engagement: The AI agent handled numerous interactions daily, providing instant responses and maintaining user engagement.
• Higher Conversion Rates: Centers equipped with the AI agent saw a notable increase in assessment bookings compared to those without.
• Enhanced User Experience: Parents reported a more informative and interactive experience, appreciating the immediate assistance and clarity provided by the AI agent.
