Move To Recover App

Megan Lewis is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who lives in Denver, Colorado. Since 2007, she has worked with people who are recovering from eating disorders and saw a need for some additional support in their recovery process around developing or redeveloping a relationship with movement. While this app is not intended to provide or constitute treatment, its purpose is to provide a person working to recover from an eating disorder and their treatment team a tool to open up a broader and more comprehensive exploration of that person’s relationship with movement.

 

Whether someone is just beginning to explore how to feel comfortable in moving their body or wants to return to exercise, the data captured in this app can explore how this is being experienced for someone in their recovery process. In that learning, an individual has the ability to become more attuned to and responsive to their body’s movement or rest needs. This is a “data version” of this app, and your feedback is welcome in order to help this app grow and develop.
